Live at Radio Artifact is the seventh album of saxophonist and composer Stephen Philip Harvey his octet. It was recorded live at Radio Artifact in Cincinnati, OH. It features live recordings of Harvey’s own original compositions and arrangements. Available August 23, 2024.

This arrangement of the Green tune was recorded live at Radio Artifact in Cincinnati, OH and features solos by Thomas Schinabeck (alto sax) and Ben Tweedt (piano).

“Jabber/Walk” is an upcoming single from Stephen Philip Harvey and his electronic quintet, Sphinx. This single releases on August 25, 2023 ahead of the quintet’s eponymous debut album on Hidden Cinema Records.

Elemental (2023)

Elemental is is the debut album of the Stephen Philip Harvey Octet. This collection of pieces is inspired by the elements of Water, Fire, Earth, Air, and the balances that they create. Released on May 5, 2023 with Hidden Cinema Record.

“Tectonic Shift” - Single (2023)

“Tectonic Shift” is a single from the Stephen Philip Harvey Octet that was released in advance of their album, Elemental. This tune explores the earth element and is part of the six-piece original suite making up the album. It features Dan Bruce on guitar and Chris Coles on alto saxophone.

“O Come, O Come, Emmanuel” - Single (2022)

“O Come, O Come, Emmanuel” is the debut holiday single of the Stephen Philip Harvey Octet. This original arrangement by Harvey takes the often solemn and somber Christmas carol and kicks into an up-tempo latin groove. It features solos by Harvey on tenor saxophone and Tommy Lehman on trumpet. Released on November 25, 2022 with Next Level (an imprint of Outside in Music).

Smash (2022)

Smash! is the debut album of the Stephen Philip Harvey Jazz Orchestra. This album is a collection of nine original compositions inspired by superheroes, characters, and tropes in comic books and popular culture. Smash! was released on June 17, 2022 with Next Level (an imprint of Outside In Music).

“The Mystics” -Single (2022)

“The Mystics” is the debut single from the Stephen Philip Harvey Jazz Orchestra. This piece is inspired by comic characters such as Doctor Strange, Doctor Fate, Zatanna, and John Constantine from the mystical side of comics. It was released on May 13, 2022 with Next Level (an imprint of Outside In Music) ahead of their full LP, Smash!

Suite Childhood (2016)

Suite Childhood was Stephen's first recording project and debut album. This album features students of Youngstown State University on seven original compositions.
